Amanda Grazini
Amanda Grazini’s artwork has a characteristic kind of lightness to it that makes it a perfect fit for the books, both for the overall feel of the earlier books and for the lighter, humorous moments of the later ones. Her characters are so well defined and just jump off the page at you, and paging through her collection of artwork is really quite a lot of fun. I’m very excited to include her work here.

Wow amazing art! I love her style! Unfortunately her website seems to be down.. =(
Is there any other place where I can see more art of this artist?

Yep, she also has a deviantArt account:
http://amandagrazini.deviantart.com/
There is some HP art on that account, but unfortunately a lot of the pieces I have were only on the now-defunct website. She does have a lot of non-HP art there, however, as well as a link to her website which is exclusively non-HP.
I’ll update a link at the top of the page as well, I’m sure she’d prefer to have real traffic. Thanks for the heads-up! :)
