Laura Williams (aka Eudocia)

Laura is an artist whose gallery includes no Harry Potter fan art, with the exception of a single fascinating project she undertook. In it she draws something of an ‘ABC’ of magical creatures – one per letter – with simple black-and-white ink drawings, artfully arranged in blocks. Most are from Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them (it didn’t have quite enough letters for her to exclusively draw from the book), and she was kind enough to let me break her blocks up into single images for this website. I find the drawings both beautiful and fascinating, and I’m very glad to include them here.
