Maria Abagnale
Maria Abagnale has a distinctive style that I love, and that I think adds a lot to a collection like this one. She uses a number of different color schemes, but I think my favorite pieces of hers are the ones that are greyscale drawings with just a hint of another color – with these she maintains her ability to draw interesting faces and expressions, but is also able to highlight them in a way that makes the drawings that much more interesting to look at as well. I’m very pleased to include her work.
