Patilda
If you’re wandering around the internet and happen to see see a wonderful, dark, moody drawing of a beautifully hook-nosed Snape, there’s a very good chance it was drawn by Patilda. She definitely follows the mantra of “If you’re only going to do one thing, do it well” and she does it very, very well (although not just with one character, as she has some great dark portraits of others too). It’s fortunate for me that I have such a place to turn whenever I need another drawing of one of the series’ most interesting characters. And believe me, as the books get darker, more will be coming. I’m very glad to include Patilda’s work on the site.
