I think my favorite thing about TomScribble’s artwork is the way that, despite drawing almost exclusively in black and white, she plays with intense blacks, whites, and shades of grey in her drawings, and most especially in her backgrounds. She has a real knack for conveying setting through the smallest details. Speaking of details, her drawings also get better and better the closer you look – she just fascinates me from start to finish.

Thanks Natalia! I’m watching both TomScribble and PrimeHunter (along with about 75 other artists, I think) on dA, so I do see it when they’re updating. I appreciate the heads up though. :)
