Thank you for this! Not only is this project beautiful and inspiring, but I happened to StumbleUpon this site the morning I got up early to register for Pottermore and the question involved the number of chapters in HBP. I was highly entertained waiting for the clue to come out, and I was prepared when it did. Now I'll continue to peruse the site until Pottermore is open!

Another thing that annoys me about this movie, is that Ginny hides the Half Blood Prince's book, because Harry needs to know where he put the book so that he can find the diadem!

I really liked the movie- The only problem I have with it is that useless scene where the Death Eaters burn down the Burrow. And they're all just standing there. But, other than that, I really enjoyed the movie- Tom Felton did a great job portraying Malfoy.

The movie for me was pretty much a write-off. The funeral should have been there, and the scene in the book just before Snape fulfills his promise to Dumbledore, and well as the mini-battle... Those should all have been there. I also don't know how the moviemakers expect Harry to find Ravenclaw's tiara, because Ginny hid the Potions book for him. Also, it would have been -really nice- if Ginny and Harry kissed like they were supposed to, and not in secret from he entire universe.

I quite agree about The Burrow; completely unnecessary, and very frustrating to watch. Lupin and Tonks' relationship was just kindnof thrown into that scene, but as we know it's supposed to happen at a much later time in the book, and under very different circumstances.

I just don't think that the Burrow destruction scene was necessary at all. I liked the fact that they used it as a way to show Ginny cared about Harry, but other than that it was a pointless scene, really. It didn't advance the storyline in any way at all, and it just seems like it was used for an extra action scene. And on top of all that they now face a broken down Burrow, which is a building that's used in The Deathly Hallows.

I'm talking right now as if I hated the movie, but that's really not the case at all. In fact, I think this is the strongest movie they've made to date. The acting is above and beyond any previous installment, and I don't think there were any deal-breaking omissions from the book (like the World Cup in GoF or the Quibbler article in OotP). That being said, the books are still a billion times better than any of the movies, and I'm sure most of you here would agree with that statement.
